Plastic Free Champion
I’m proud to say that I am a Plastic Free Champion.
In just a few short weeks I have gone from having very limited knowledge about sustainable business practices, to holding myself fully accountable in all the actions I take. I have put an action plan in place and am proud to share it with you.
If I can do it, so can you.
I have removed a number of single use plastic items quickly, easily and cost effectively. Take, for example, milk bottles. Going from single use plastic bottles to having my milk delivered in glass bottles twice a week has been the easiest change.
It’s not just about being plastic free.
I am committed to a more positive sustainable business practice and this doesn’t just stop at being plastic-free.
Whenever possible I cycle into town instead of using my car, I layer up instead of putting the heating on, and by teaching my children how to respect the world we live in, the next generation are well on their way to living in a safer, cleaner environment.
